Reservations and Payment

You may reserve a room by calling 330-674-7152. To reserve a room, we take a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover number as a guarantee of arrival. Payment can be made with a credit card or with cash at the time of arrival. Repeat guests may pay with personal checks. To reserve a room with a check deposit, check must be received 10 days prior to arrival date for the amount of one night's stay. If you intend to pay with a gift certificate, a card number is required for reservation. The card is only charged if you cancel or do not show. Please see our cancellation policy below for details on cancellations.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 10 days prior to your reservation date. Late cancellations are subject to a one-night charge if we are unable to rebook the room or cabin. All cancellations are subject to a $10 per room per night booking fee.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in time is 3:00 – 7:00 PM. Please call if you are arriving before 3:00 or later than 7:00. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Breakfast

We serve a continental breakfast for the rooms in our lodge. Breakfast is not included with the Arrowhead Cabin or Harvest Cabin.

Children

Children are welcome but may be limited to certain rooms.

Pets

We maintain a "no pet" policy. If you need pet care during your stay, you may inquire with the East Holmes Veterinary Clinic about their pet-sitting services.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited inside the lodge and cabins. Smoking is permitted outside as long as it does not disturb other guests, and tobacco products are disposed of properly in designated ash trays.
